The Integration Status displays success or failure status for each of the third party services that are connected to the application.
To access this feature, select Integration Status from the drop down menu next to your user name.
Integration Status can be viewed at the System or Subscriber level by using the toggle beneath the header. The Subscriber level will show only the integration status for services that you are subscribed to.
The current date and time will populate along with a default value of six hours. These fields can be altered as needed. Click Filter to see the status results.
Results are displayed in 15-minute increments. Integration failures will be represented by red squares. Hover over any of the squares to see details about the successes or failures during that 15-minute period.
While these messages are quite general, they provide a clear indication when an error occurs.
This feature is available to all broker users and is not limited to specific role types.
