Load Tracking

To add tracking to a load, go to Load Management → Loads → Active Loads → Load Events. Click the arrow to open Resource Assignment. Tracking can also be viewed from the load card in Active Loads.

To add tracking to the load, click the icon. A window will open where you can select your mobile service provider.

Depending on the mobile service provider selected, different fields will be pulled from resource assignment and the carrier profile, which may or may not be read only. For more information on assigning resources, refer to this article.

Click the Submit button to initialize the tracking. The tracking icons will turn blue to show that tracking has been enabled.

Tracking can also be updated and deleted by hovering over the tracking icon in resource assignment and selecting that option.

Load tracking can also be initiated from active loads for specific carrier dispatch users. This is controlled from the settings in the Data Approval Rules tab. For more information on configuring this setting, refer to this article.
