Loads can be duplicated from multiple locations, with the option of creating up to 50 duplicates. Duplicated loads will be visible from Capacity Assignment as well as the left or right handside of Dispatch and Load Planning, depending on the options selected.
Master/Incomplete Loads
Go to Load Management → Loads → New Load Entry → Master/Incomplete Loads.
Open the menu and select Duplicate Load from the list.
Capacity Assignment
Go to Load Management → Loads → Capacity Assignment.
Open the menu and select Duplicate Load from the list.
Active Loads
Go to Load Management → Loads → Active Loads.
Open the menu and select Duplicate Load from the list.
Delivered Loads
Go to Load Management → Loads → Delivered Loads → Customer/Shipper Invoicing.
Open the menu and select Duplicate Load from the list.
Several duplicate options will be available:
- Number of Duplicates - Enter the number of duplicate loads. This can range from 1 - 50.
- Duplicate Appointments - Toggle this option to copy the appointment date and time for the pickup and delivery locations to the new duplicate load(s).
- Duplicate Assignment - Toggle this option to assign the duplicate load(s) to the asset assignment of the original load where they will be visible under Assigned loads. If the original load is not dispatched or the option is toggled off, the duplicate load(s) will be visible on the Loads/Shipments side of Dispatch and will be available to assign to an asset assignment. They will also be visible in Load Planning.
- Duplicate Products - Toggle this option to copy the load products to the new duplicate load(s)
- Duplicate Reference Numbers - Toggle this option to copy the customer load numbers and stop identification numbers to the new duplicate load(s)
These options can be used in combination with each other. Click Submit to create the new load(s). An email will be sent with the specific load numbers of the created loads.
