There are different pricing methods available for the price of a load. These options are available from the new load form as well as when editing the load and can be found in the Load Price section. All In
The default pricing method for a load is All In. The Shipper Negotiated Price will be editable and will equal the Total Shipper Price. Unit Rate will be automatically calculated based on the total price and the mileage.

The Shipper Pricing Method can also be updated from here. The Shipper Negotiated Price is also editable from this view. To view the price analytics, click the icon.
Using the total shipper negotiated price, effective line haul and implied fuel surcharge will be calculated to equal the total price of the load.
All In loads are marked with an icon next to the load price.
The line haul and implied fuel surcharge will be visible from delivered loads, but will not be editable. The Shipper Negotiated Price is editable and editing it will recalculate the line haul, but the implied fuel surcharge will remain the same. For more information on updating the shipper price, refer to this article.
In the general ledger, the effective line haul and implied fuel surcharge will be posted instead of the total shipper price.
Variable Rate
For variable rate, the unit rate will be editable instead of the shipper negotiated price. Fuel surcharge will be automatically calculated and added to the price to equal the total shipper price. The fuel surcharge calculation is based on customer/shipper setting for fuel surcharge. Refer to this article for more information.

From here, the variable rate type and unit label can be updated. The variable rate types other than miles are weight and quantity. Each of those has specific labels available. If using weight or quantity, then the Qty/Weight field will need to be entered in.

To view pricing details, click on the icon.
From Delivered Loads, both the line haul and fuel surcharge will be visible and editable. For information on editing those fields, refer to this article.
In the general ledger, both the line haul and fuel surcharge will be posted once the load is delivered.
Flat Rate
For Flat Rate, the shipper negotiated price will be editable. Fuel surcharge will be automatically calculated and added to the price to equal the total shipper price. The fuel surcharge calculation is based on customer/shipper setting for fuel surcharge. Refer to this article for more information. Unit Rate will be automatically calculated based on the price and the mileage.
