To reassign or cancel a carrier for an active load, go to Load Management → Loads → Active Loads. Select Reassign Carrier from the dropdown menu.
Remove the carrier and then select the correct carrier. The Carrier Negotiated Price can also be updated from here. Enter in a reason and then click the Reassign Carrier button.
A screen will open and show a summary of the change. Click Edit to update or add the reason and notes.
Click Save to continue.
A confirmation screen will show. Click Confirm to confirm the changes and the carrier will be reassigned. To view the carrier history, click See Carrier History.
Carriers can also be removed from here by selecting a reason and clicking the Cancel Carrier button.
Click the Save button to continue, or the Edit button to add or change the cancel reason and notes.
Click the OK button to confirm. Upon removal, the load will move back to capacity assignment.
