Edit Carrier Negotiated Price

To update the carrier negotiated price of a load, go to Load Management → Loads → Delivered Loads.

This option is available when the load is all in. For information on updating the carrier trip details, refer to this article.

On the Carrier Settlement side, click on the next to the load.

Click the Edit Carrier Negotiated Price button.

Enter a new negotiated price. The line haul and fuel surcharge will be re-calculated upon entry.

The carrier negotiated price can also be zeroed out. The line haul and fuel surcharge will be set to $0.

Click the Save button to save the update to the negotiated price. The update will be reflected in the load card as well as the settlement screen.
