Update Trip Details

To update the carrier trip details of a load, go to Load Management → Loads → Delivered Loads.

For more information on editing the carrier negotiated price if the load is all-in, refer to this article.

On the  Carrier Settlement side, click on the next to the load.

Click the View/Update Trip Details button in the line haul section.

The trip details will be displayed where the line haul and unit rate type can be updated. By switching the rate type to Variable-cents, you can edit the unit rate, count and type and the line haul will be calculated using the rate.

To save the changes to the price, click the Save button.

Fuel surcharge can also  be updated separately by clicking the Adjust Fuel Surcharge button.

Enter in the fuel surcharge total and click the Save button to adjust the fuel to that price.

The update will be reflected in the load card as well as the settlement screen.
