Note: SMS must be enabled by an EKA Administrator to use these features.
Go to the Messages tab in the top navigation bar. This page displays a list of SMS conversations for the user. To send and receive messages, the user must be assigned a phone number purchased by the brokerage. Follow the instructions in SMS Configuration assign numbers to users.
Start a new conversation by clicking the icon. The following image will appear on screen.
Click the next to the phone number to rename the conversation.
To send a message, select the conversation from the left side. A text entry box will appear at the bottom of the screen on the right side. Type the message you want to send and then click on the
to transmit the message.
