QuickSight Analysis and Dashboards

Access to the QuickSight analysis and dashboard tools is by invitation only and is managed by the EKA Support team.

To request access, please send the request to support@go-eka.com. Include the names, email addresses and subscriber level (reader or editor) for each user that needs access.

The QuickSight tool is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and you will be required to create an account with QuickSight in order to access the tool. You will receive an email invitation that will look like the one shown below. Please note that these invitations do expire, so it is best to take action quickly.

Click the box Click to accept invitation to continue. You will be guided through the process of setting up your account with QuickSight. Once the account is created, you will be able to access your data.

Two different levels of access are available: reader and editor.

A reader will have access to Dashboard only and can view all available charts and data.

An editor will have access to both Analyses and Dashboard. An editor can create custom charts and reports in the Analyses section and then publish them to the Dashboard.

Key points to keep in mind about the QuickSight product:

1. This is a fee-based service that will be included on your monthly invoice from EKA
2. The data provided is pulled directly from your company data in the EKA application
3. Questions about the data will be supported by the EKA support team
4. Questions about how to utilize QuickSight tools will be supported by QuickSight
