To generate a list bill invoice, go to Finance → Receivables → List Bill Invoice. Enter in a Customer and then click the Filter button. If payment terms are set for the Customer, it will display on the list bill document.
Select the invoices and then click the Create button.
A modal will open. Select any of the additional options and then click the Send button.
Including a csv will send a csv version of the document. Including invoices will generate a pdf document containing the most recent invoice of the selected load and any attached documents and notice of assignments. A confirmation screen will appear. Click the Close button.
The list bill invoice will be sent to your mailbox.
List Bills and Invoice Documents will also be displayed in the History tab.
There are options to view, download, and delete the files.
