Load Messages

Load Messages can be added and viewed for load by clicking the icon on the load card and selecting  Load Messages.

Refer to this article for information on load message configurations. Loads with unresolved load messages will have a red circle icon  on their menu.

To add a new load message, open the Messages modal and click . Enter the message text and select message colors which are associated with tags if they are configured. The primary color which will surround the message will be the first color selected and will show with this checkmark . Secondary colors will show with this checkmark . There can only be one primary color, but multiple secondary colors.

Hovering over the colors will show the tag information.

Click the Save Changes button to create the load message.

To mark a message as resolved, click the icon. The icon will turn green to indicate that the message has been resolved. When all load messages have been resolved, the red circle icon  will no longer show.

Load messages can also be updated by clicking the  icon. Click the Save Changes button to save any changes.

To delete a load message, click the  icon and the message will be deleted.
