Shipper’s Interest Insurance quotes can be fetched for a load by clicking the  on a load card, or clicking the button in the load form. The start date, end date, and insured value will automatically be filled if found in the load information. If all required information is entered in the load form, including the cargo type, the estimated price of the quote will be displayed to the right of the button.

Recent quote searches will show in the upper right section and can be selected to fill in the fields on the left. Fill out or update the fields on the left, and click on the Search Quotes button to view the dynamic quote.

The ability to purchase a quote can be enabled by your administrator. To purchase the quote, click the Continue to Checkout button. A new tab will open for you to enter payment information.

Note: If you leave this page without completing payment, a link will be available from the insurance window to resume the checkout session. This link will expire after 1 hour or once a new quote has been searched for this load.

When ready, click Pay and you should be redirected to a success page. This tab can then be closed. In the original tab, you should see a pending payment screen with the details of your insurance quote. This window can also be closed.

If the load is accepted, the insurance purchase will go through immediately. A copy of the policy documents will be delivered to the email provided. The  icon on the load card will update to blue to indicate that insurance has been purchased for the load.

If the load has not been accepted, then the insurance purchase will be pending. The icon on the load card will update to yellow to indicate that the insurance purchase is pending. The purchase will be completed once the load has been accepted and the icon will update to .
