Settlement Adjustment Templates

Settlement Adjustments are used in calculating percentage settlements. The formula used in this calculation is (Shipper Price +/- Settlement Adjustments Total) * Unit Rate = Line Haul Total. This feature is subscription based and must be enabled by the EKA Administrator.

To view and update templates, go to Carrier Admin → Configurations → Finance.

Click on the Add Adjustment Template button to add a new template.

Select from the list of available accessorial charges and enter a price. By default, the Enabled selection is turned on.

Click Submit to save and create the adjustment.

To edit an adjustment, click on the  icon and make any necessary changes. To disable the adjustment but keep the adjustment available, untick the Enabled box.

Click the icon to save the changes or the icon to cancel.

To delete the adjustment, click on the icon.
