A setting is available in the Configurations to designate what time period is used to calculate if a load is late for the Dashboard metrics.
To set this configuration, go to Carrier Admin → Configurations → Company → KPI Settings. Enter the number of minutes after the end of the scheduled appointment time is allowed before the load is considered late.
The default setting is 1 minute.
Click the icon to edit the setting. Enter the desired minutes and click the Save button to save the setting.
