Go to Carrier Operations → Data Management → Customers/Shippers → Appointments
Carrier operators can update appointments for all loads.
A list of all available loads will display. Use the Filter By Shipper to limit the list to a specific shipper. Use the Missing Appointments Only to limit the list to loads that are missing one or more appointments.
The Pickup Details will display the Requested Pickup Date while the Delivery Details will display the Requested Delivery Date.
To view details about the load, click on the Load ID number.
Click on the icon to open the appointment form. Update appointment dates, times and add an appointment Confirmation #. When all updates are complete click Update Appointments to save the changes.
