Auto Rating

Loads can have rates from shipper and carrier contracts automatically applied. This can be enabled for EDI loads or through the normal load creation process. Contact EKA Admin to enable this feature.

Go to Administration → Customers/Shippers and select the shipper. In the Payments tab, there is a section for Contract Load Pricing.

Click the Edit button and select the checkboxes to enable auto rating.

Click Save to continue.

For load form auto rating, if there is one contract lane match for the load, the rating will be automatically applied when no price is entered and Accept Load is selected.

The auto rated pricing will display in the confirmation modal.

If there are multiple matches, these contract matches will be displayed.

Click the icon to apply a contract and then click Continue.

For EDI auto rating, contracts are matched automatically when there are multiple lane matches. These are based on a priority that prioritizes lane to lane matches, then zip code to zip code matches, and so on.

If a carrier contract is linked to the auto rated shipper contract, the carrier contract will be automatically applied as well.
