Route Guides

To create a route guide, go to Data Management → Quotes/Contracts → Route Guides. The Quotes and Contracts feature requires a subscription to utilize. Route guides can be used to automatically send load offers to carriers.

To add a route guide, click . Required fields are marked with .

Search for the shipper contract by entering in the lane id of the contract. Then, search for carrier contracts with a matching lane. Click Submit to create the route guide.

If a load is created with the same customer and lane, then the pricing can be applied to the load. Click the  icon in the Load Price section. The available pricing contracts will show.

Click the  icon to apply the contract to the load price.

Once the contract is applied, the route guide can also be applied. Click the  icon to open the route guide screen.

Click the the  icon to apply the route guide.

Create the load and an offer will be automatically sent to the carriers in the route guide. The carrier will be able to accept the offer either through their portal or through the email sent.
