To edit a Customer/Shipper go to Carrier Admin → Customers/Shippers.
Go to any of the three available tabs; New Customers/Shippers, Active Customers/Shippers or Inactive Customers/Shippers. Each tab will have a list of customers/shippers that have the status of the tab selected.
Customers/Shippers in any status can be edited by clicking on the customer/shipper name. A page will open with the details about that shipper with different categories split over a number of tabs.
Clicking the Edit button in the section that needs updating will allow you to enter new data into the input boxes. If no changes are made you can click Cancel, otherwise click Save. A message will display confirming that the edits have been saved.
