To capture customer/shipper lane pricing, go to Carrier Admin → Customers/Shippers. This lane pricing is informational only and is visible only in the customer/shipper profile. This pricing cannot be used to auto-rate a load.
From the Active Customers/Shippers tab, locate the appropriate Customer/Shipper.
Click on the name of the customer/shipper to open the shipper profile.
Navigate to the Lane Data tab and click the Edit button.
Click the in the Primary and/or Secondary Lane sections. Enter the necessary details and click Save to add the lane details to the profile. NOTE: pricing here is entered in rate per mile.
Lanes cannot be deleted but can be set to a status of Inactive.
