Accessorial Enhancements

Fields for Count, Unit Type and Rate have been added to the Accessorial entry form.

Entering a Count and Rate will generate a Price total.

The accessorial will display the itemized calculation on the customer invoice.

Asset Documents

An Expense Date field has been added to the Truck and Trailer Docs tab.
