Bug Fixes

Sending Invoices to the multiple contacts including the default billing contact will now correctly send to and copy to the full list of selected recipients
You will now be able to delete customers and carriers in Data Management when those parties are in a status of Onboarding/Pending
The Last Updated By field will update correctly in the Appointment modal
Users set up with Shipper Admin rights will now be able to create customers and these customers can be auto-activated if that option is selected
