To sort the customers in a particular table, click the arrow icon next to the field header.
This will open a menu where you can select to sort either by ascending or descending.
The sorting can be automatic for certain fields. Fields with the arrow showing as are not being sorted by. Fields with the arrow showing as are being sorted by ascending order. Fields with the arrow showing as are being sorted by descending order.
Certain tabs have primary and secondary sorting available. The first field set to be sorted will be shown with a for primary. The next field sorted after that will be be shown with an for secondary. In the Customer tabs of Carrier Administration, only the customer name field is available for sorting, so secondary sorting is not available.
The sorting can be removed by clicking on the arrow next to the sorted field and then clicking the Clear option.
