Go to Carrier Operations → Tools → Logs/Notifications. You will see the Events screen with a list of events.
Click on the icon to add an event. This will open a window where you can create an event. The fields labeled with are required.
Click the Save button to add the event.
To edit an event that hasn’t been read and/or resolved, click the icon. This will pop up a window where you can edit the event. The fields that are faded out cannot be edited.
Click the Save button to save any changes.
Events added as action required or action required by date will create notifications. To see notifications, go to the Notifications tab in Logs/Notifications.
Notifications will show in dispatch on the asset with the icon. To view the notification, hover over that icon.
If the notification has an expiry date, the icon will no longer show on the asset after that date if it has not been manually resolved.
To mark a notification as resolved, click the button from the Notifications tab in Logs/Notifications. The icon will no longer show on the asset after it has been resolved.
To mark a notification as read, click the button.
The notification will update with information on who read and resolved it and when.
