EKA Insights

To access the QuickSight and KPI Dashboards, click the Insights tab in the navigation header. This tab is available from both Carrier Operations and Finance.

Insights

If you have a QuickSight account that is hooked up to EKA, your dashboard will be viewable from here. For more information about QuickSight, refer to this article.

Within the embedded dashboard, you can navigate to different tabs and update the filters.

Use the filter icon to adjust or edit any of the filters.

Use the icons to reset the dashboard or undo or redo any changes.

KPI

Tab over to KPI  to view the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Dashboard. The dashboard will show four key metrics: Loads Delivered, Total Line Haul, Total Drivers, and Truck Utilization. The data is compiled for the previous seven days.

Click the View Details button to see the daily breakdown of each metric.

By default, the time it takes for a load to be considered late is 1 minute. This setting can be adjusted. Refer to KPI Settings.
