Broker TMS:
The application is divided into three main sections; Operations, Administration and Finance. Within each section different user roles are available, each with varying levels of access that can be set by the broker.
Operations
The Operations section includes all of the carrier and shipper Operations and Administrative actions. The links visible on this page will vary with each user depending on their role. The example below shows all possible links available to the Operations Page.

Administration
This section focuses on Broker Administrative tasks, and is used to manage all users, shippers and carriers.
- Users - As the broker admin, this page is used to manage all users added by the brokerage.
- Customers/Shippers - View and manage all of the shippers added by the brokerage.
- Carriers - View and manage all of the carriers added by the brokerage.
- Configurations - Top level configurations for the broker are set from here.
- Archived Loads - Archived load data is viewable from here.
- Locations - Saved locations can be added and edited from here.
- Notifications - Certain actions will generate notifications which can be viewed here.
- Reports - Generate reports based on the activity of shippers and carriers.
- Mailbox - View and download documents sent to the mailbox.
Finance
All Broker financial tools are found in this section.
- Insights - If enabled, view dashboards that display graphs based on your data.
- Payables - Filter data and view results, export to CSV and release payables.
- Receivables - Filter data and view results, export to CSV, enter batch payment, search batch details.
- General Ledger - View load-level journal entries and consolidated general ledger entries.
- Notifications - Certain actions will generate notifications which can be viewed here.
- Reports - Generate reports based on the financial activity of the brokerage.
- Mailbox - View and download documents sent to the mailbox.
Carrier TMS:

Carrier Operations
The Carrier Operations section includes all of the dispatch functions as well as customer and carrier operations and administration functions as well.

HR Administration
Access driver information, payroll, and user commissions from here.
