To configure email headers, go to Administration → Configurations → Company. Setup which email address will be captured as the sender for any emails that are sent from the application.
There are four options for each Domain Type.
- A subscriber-level default can be set up by the EKA Administrator. Contact support@go-eka.com to add or update this default.
- A domain email - shared or distribution list email - can be set for one or more of the domain types.
- Email from user would show the individual email address of the user as the sender. Selection of this option overrides the domain email described above.
- System default of no-reply@go-eka.com will be used if no other selections are made.
Select the Domain Type, Domain Email and select if the preference is to send the email from the individual user's email address.
Only one active setting is allowed per Domain Type.
