QuickBooks

To view QuickBooks accounts, go to Carrier Admin → Configurations → Finance. Contact EKA Administrator to set up the accounts that are required to integrate with QuickBooks. All account numbers are needed to complete the integration.

If connecting to QuickBooks via QuickBooks Online, an additional connection step must be completed after the account numbers are saved. Click on the button to connect to QuickBooks Online. This will redirect to a sign in page for Intuit. Once logged in, QuickBooks Online will be connected and the page will redirect back to the Administration tab. To verify that it is connected, go back to the Quickbooks setting in Configurations and there will be a next to the qb Connect button.
